Work Policies and Rules. 1. I understand that AT&T Company policy requires DSI MSO Dealer to ensure that its employees, including me, engage in personal conduct and comments in the workplace that support a professional environment free of inappropriate behavior, language, jokes or actions which could be perceived as sexual harassment or as biased, demeaning, offensive, derogatory to others based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran’s status or disability, or words or conduct that is threatening and/or disrespectful of others. 2. If AT&T Company provides me access to its computer systems, I understand that AT&T Company requirements for DSI MSO Dealer includes the following and agree: (a) to use such systems in a professional manner, (b) to use such systems only for AT&T Company business purposes, (c) to use such systems in compliance with AT&T Company’s applicable requirements standards and guidelines for computer systems use and applicable laws, and (d) to use password devices, if applicable and if requested by AT&T Company. Without limiting the foregoing, AT&T Company property, including but not limited to Intranet and Internet services, shall not be used for personal purposes or for any purpose which is not directly related to the performance of work in fulfillment of DSI MSO Dealer’s agreement(s) with any AT&T Company. I acknowledge and agree that I must have a valid DSI MSO Dealer-supported AT&T Company business reason to access the Intranet and/ or the Internet from within AT&T Company’s private corporate network.

Work Policies and Rules. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my personal conduct and comments in the workplace are ethical, evidence a high degree of integrity, and support a professional environment free of (i) inappropriate behavior, language, jokes, or actions; (ii) harassment or biased, demeaning, offensive, or derogatory behavior to others based upon race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran’s status, or disability; or (iii) violence. I further agree to refrain from (i) words or conduct that is threatening, intimidating, and/or disrespectful of others, (ii) bringing a firearm or other weapon on any AT&T premises; and (iii) using data services on a wireless device, such as texting or accessing the mobile web or other distracting activities, while driving to or from AT&T’s premises or while operating a vehicle in the performance of any work for AT&T.
Work Policies and Rules. 2.1 Employee acknowledges and agrees as follows (please initial in the box next to each statement). TM TM Employee is an employee of KHI, and not Mattel. TM TM Employee understands and acknowledges that in order to be eligible for any holiday pay; Employee must work a minimum of 1000 regular hours in the twelve (12) month period and one (1) hour in the four (4) week period prior to one of the six holidays to receive a full day’s pay from KHI. The last workday before and the first workday after the holiday must be worked in order to be eligible. The six holidays are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. TM TM Employee understands and acknowledges that he/she will accrue paid sick time at the rate of one hour for every thirty worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours. Accrued paid sick days cannot be used during the first 90-days of employment. Employee may only use three days or 24 hours of paid sick leave in each year of employment (measured by the employee’s start date as opposed to calendar year). Unused accrued sick leave shall carry forward to the following year, up to the maximum balance of 48 hours. TM TM Employee understands and acknowledges that all timesheets must be submitted by 9 am PST each Monday. TM TM Employee understands and acknowledges that any issues, questions, and/or concerns regarding his or her employment shall be directed to KHI, not to the Mattel hiring and/or reporting manager. 2.2 Employee further acknowledges and agrees as follows (please initial in the box next to each statement). KHI for Mattel-specific TM TM Employee has received and signed ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Confidentiality and No Conflict Agreement for Work Assignment with Mattel, Inc. Companies.   • Company Policies and Procedures 7.1.1 The Company will ensure that Employees are able to readily access Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees. 7.1.2 The Employees will observe and act in accordance with Company policies and procedures that apply to the Employees, as implemented and amended from time to time.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites. ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints. iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Compliance Policies and Procedures To assist the Fund in complying with Rule 38a-1 of the 1940 Act, BBH&Co. represents that it has adopted written policies and procedures reasonably designed to prevent violation of the federal securities laws in fulfilling its obligations under the Agreement and that it has in place a compliance program to monitor its compliance with those policies and procedures. BBH&Co will upon request provide the Fund with information about our compliance program as mutually agreed.
