Common use of Work Requirement Clause in Contracts

Work Requirement. 28.01 The maximum number of programs an employee may elect to work within the normal work week is five (5), unless all junior employees with seniority have worked five (5) programs, or refused the work, then seniority employees will be offered additional work prior to probationary employees working. In no event will the employer incur overtime under this clause.
