WORK SCHEDULE AND OVERTIME. 10 4.1 Except as modified under Article 4.02(B) or elsewhere in this Agreement, a 11 standard workday will consist of eight hours' work to be completed within 12 eight and one-half consecutive hours with a 30-minute meal period on the 13 nurse's own time. If the nurse is required by the Hospital to remain on duty or 14 in the Hospital during the meal period, that time will be considered as time 15 worked for pay purposes.
