WORK SCHEDULE AND OVERTIME. 8.1 The work week begins at 7:01 a.m. Sunday and ends at 7:00 a.m. the following Sunday. 8.2 A normal work day shall consist of a twelve (12) hour shift. Three (3) compensated (worked, PTO, EIB, low census, bereavement, or paid education) shifts (36 hours) in a week shall be deemed full-time and shall receive an additional four (4) benefit hours. When mutually agreeable to the Employer and the Employee, other work schedules may be established.

When mutually agreeable to 11 the Employer and the Employee, other work schedules may be established.
