Work Week/Work Day Sample Clauses
The Work Week/Work Day clause defines the standard days and hours during which work is expected to be performed under an agreement. Typically, it specifies which days constitute the work week (such as Monday through Friday) and the daily working hours (for example, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and may also address exceptions for holidays or special circumstances. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of when services or deliverables are to be provided, helping to prevent misunderstandings about availability and scheduling.
