Workforce development programs. The Parties may consider ways to improve the alignment between Commonwealth and state funded programs that support the workforce and skills development within enterprises aimed at improving the productivity of the workforce. This could include: coordination of support services offered to enterprises and sharing of information concerning funding to enterprises via the National Workforce Development Fund and related state programs or investments.
