Common use of Workforce Skills Committee Clause in Contracts

Workforce Skills Committee. (i) Within three (3) months of the commencement of this Agreement, Employers, in consultation with the Unions, will create a Workforce Skills Committee who will meet quarterly (remotely or in person) and consist of: A. representatives of the Employer, and B. representatives of the Union/s. (ii) The terms of reference of the Workforce Skills Committee will include assisting the Employer to: A. monitor the use of Supplementary Labour, B. identify current or future skills and capability gaps relevant to the Employer, within the existing workforce,
