Working Times Clause Samples
The Working Times clause defines the specific hours and days during which work is to be performed under the agreement. Working Times. The Sub-Contractor shall ensure that the Sub-Contractor’s Personnel work on the Site only during the working times permitted under the terms of the Main Contract unless:-
(i) there is imminent danger to safety or health or of damage to the Works or other property or (ii) otherwise agreed with the Contractor.

The duration of each day of the Training Course will vary depending on many aspects such as its content and the quality of the delegates, and therefore will not exceed 7.5 hours in any day and may be shorter. All Training Courses are conducted within a standard working day and a standard working week within the times of 8:00am to 6:30pm, UK time, Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding all UK Bank Holidays (Normal Working Hours). Working Times. Working time shall be at most 45 hours within a week. Such time shall be distributed in a manner to exceed 7.5 hours a day at the workplaces, where the number of the days worked in a week is 6, and equally to the number of the days worked in a week at the workplaces which are closed either partially or wholly on Saturdays.

Working Times. We will carry out the work during normal working hours Monday to Friday but may on occasion need to use a reasonable amount of overtime to achieve completion. It is a condition of this contract that your approval to such overtime is granted although we will endeavour to minimise any disruption or inconvenience. Should any overtime or unsocial working hours be specifically requested by you, other than any special arrangement charged for and agreed on your quotation, it may be necessary for us to add extra costs, and these will be explained at that time and prior to the overtime or unsocial working hours commencing. We will need access to the relative property at all reasonable times whilst the work is being executed and would expect free use of water, electricity, and gas to enable us to complete the work in accordance with this contract.
