Common use of Working with Children Check Clause in Contracts

Working with Children Check. 4.3.1 Umpires must obtain a WWC Check at their own cost. If not sponsored by the Association a copy of WWC check must be given to the Association before the umpire can officiate in any match under the control of the Association. 4.3.2 In the event an umpire has their WWC Check revoked for any reason, the umpire immediately becomes ineligible to officiate in the WA Premier Cricket competition or any other competition under the jurisdiction of the Association.
