Workweek Hours Clause Samples

The Workweek Hours clause defines the standard number of hours an employee is expected to work within a typical workweek. It typically specifies the start and end times for each workday, the total weekly hours, and may address overtime eligibility or exceptions for certain roles. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings about work schedules and ensures both employer and employee are aligned on time commitments.
