WSIB Coverage a) The Employer agrees to arrange for coverage for all employees under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. b) An employee may access uninsured sick days, until such time as the employee’s claim for benefits is approved by Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. It is agreed that any sick pay provided to the employee is considered to be an advance on their WSIB benefits and, if the employee is awarded WSIB benefits, that advance will be considered an overpayment owing by the employee to the Employer. The employee and the Union will take all required steps to advise the WSIB of the advance paid by the Employer and to ensure that the WSIB reimburses the Employer for the overpayment made.
WSIB Coverage. 9.1 Middlesex Centre shall at all times ensure that any Building Officials providing services under the terms of this Agreement are provided Workplace Safety and Insurance Board coverage.
WSIB Coverage. The Staffing Firm will maintain WSIB registration, pay all required premiums and meet all regulatory requirements for all Designated Personnel and will, upon request, provide a WSIB clearance certificate as verification that its account is in good standing.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Coverage If any of the aforementioned liability insurance is arranged on a "claims made" basis, "tail" coverage will be required at the completion of this contract for a duration of 24 months or the maximum time period the PURCHASER's insurer will provide such if less than 24 months. PURCHASER will be responsible for furnishing certification of "tail" coverage as described or continuous "claims made" liability coverage for 24 months following contract completion. Continuous "claims made" coverage will be acceptable in lieu of "tail" coverage, provided its retroactive date is on or before the effective date of this contract.

  • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.

  • Basic Coverages Subd. 1. Faculty

  • General Liability Coverage The CONTRACTOR shall maintain commercial general liability insurance in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage. If a commercial general liability insurance form or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to the work to be performed under this Agreement or the general aggregate limit shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit.
