You authorise a) our sharing with the Custodian all information we hold about you; b) our publication from time to time, of aggregate figures relating to, and illustrating the performance of, services provided by us, provided that no such publication leads, or is likely to lead, to the disclosure of any of your confidential information; c) our collection of information about you from any source (to the extent permitted by the Privacy Act); and d) our use of any information we hold about you for any purpose related to the performance of our services under this agreement including without limitation, to comply with our tax reporting and ‘anti-money laundering’ obligations.‌‌‌‌‌‌

In no event shall the City's consent be construed to relieve the Design Professional from its duty to render all Professional Services in accordance with applicable laws and accepted industry standards.
