You are responsible for: actions that may be taken by anyone using Online Banking after signing in with your Security Information, except as otherwise set forth herein or in the Account Documentation governing your Accounts. We are entitled to rely and act upon instructions received using your Security Information; and keeping your Security Information confidential and for ensuring that you have signed off from Online Banking when your session is complete to prevent unauthorized persons from using Online Banking. You further agree that you will: not use Online Banking for any illegal purposes; comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks through which you access and use Online Banking; not use Online Banking for any activity or use that may disrupt Online Banking or the networks through which you access or use Online Banking; and not access or attempt to access any account for which you have no access authorization, or duplicate, modify, distribute or display any of the data or files from any such account.

A. Account Ownership/Accurate Information. You represent that you are the owner of the Accounts and other financial information which may be accessed via MRDC. You must not misrepresent your identity or your account information at any time. You must keep your account and contact information up to date and accurate. You represent that you are an authorized user of the Device you will use to access the Service.
B. Compliance and Law You will use Mobile RDC for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. You warrant that you will only transmit eligible items for deposit and have handled the original items in accordance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

1. You will provide all necessary, mutually agreed upon Product components, including computer programming code in machine readable format for the Programs and the Publications.
2. You will have phone support available to assist with problems preventing manufacture or distribution of Products, Optional Publications or other materials.
3. You will be responsible for authorizing and sending replenishment orders.
4. You will immediately notify us of any condition that might affect manufacture or shipment of Products, Optional Publications or other materials. You will provide any corrections that will allow manufacture or shipments to continue.
Your Additional Responsibilities. 8.1) By hosting information on a Virtual Server, depending on the configuration of the Virtual Server, You acknowledge that such information may be accessible to all Internet users. Fxhoster does not limit or restrict access to this information, nor do We protect any of this information from copyright infringement or other wrongful activity taken by third parties. As such, You assume full responsibility and risk for Your use of the Virtual Server.
8.2) It is Your sole responsibility to assess and determine the accuracy, completeness and quality of the Services provided to You by Fxhoster.
8.3) The Fxhoster VPS is an unmanaged server and therefore, it is Your sole responsibility to ensure that Back Ups of Your data is taken.
