Your cancellation. If You wish to cancel Your registration: (a) before 5 pm on Monday 13 October 2025, you will receive a full refund of monies actually received, less a cancellation fee of AUD110 incl. GST; (b) after the date referred to in paragraph (a), You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount.

Your cancellation. If You wish to cancel Your registration: (a) Within 8 weeks of the conference, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of total amount (b) Within 4 weeks of the conference, there will be a cancellation fee of 40% of total amount (c) Within 2 weeks of the conference, You have no entitlement to a refund of any amount

Your cancellation no-show – earlier departure

Your cancellation. (a) JrnyOn incurs costs associated with cancellations, and the charges are to be borne by you. The cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price per person, excluding any amendment charges and insurance premiums. (b) While the listed charges are applicable to most tours, certain suppliers may impose higher or different charges, which will be communicated at the time of booking. - 90 or more days before the tour start date: 100% cancellation fee - 45-89 days before the tour start date: 50% cancellation fee - 30-45 days before the tour start date: 75% cancellation fee - 29-0 days before the tour start date:100% cancellation fee (c) You are entitled to cancel your confirmed holiday prior to departure without incurring cancellation charges in the event of “unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances” that significantly impact the performance of the holiday or the associated transport arrangements. In such instances, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid; however, no further compensation shall be provided. This right applies if the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) or an equivalent authority advises against travel to the destination due to such circumstances. (d) Any changes to your booking must be made in writing by the primary individual named on the booking. All cancellation correspondence should be directed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If you request a change in advance, a £50 fee plus extra costs will apply. If we cannot accommodate your request and cancel the original booking, cancellation fees will apply as outlined in the cancellation policy.

Your cancellation. You may cancel Service by notifying us. You may be issued a credit as described below. Your notice is effective on the day we receive it. You will still be responsible for payment of all outstanding balances accrued through that effective date. For Services sold only in blocks of one month or multiples of one month, if you cancel such Service, we will credit you only for full months not used. For example, if you subscribe for a year of such Service for January through December and then cancel on March 10, we will credit you for the subscription fees for April through December. However, we will not credit any fees for January through March. Additionally, we will not credit prepaid seasonal sports subscriptions after the season starts.

Your cancellation. If You wish to cancel Your registration: a) When a written request is received by the conference organiser on or before Monday 9 June 2025, a full conference registrant will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee paid. b) No registration refund is available after Monday 9 June 2025 unless extenuating circumstances apply and the decision is at the discretion of the Host Committee. c) Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates, partial registrants, or single ticket events. d) For cancellations received after Monday 2 June 2025, refund of the accommodation costs is dependent on venue/hotel policy. e) Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference and will incur a $50.00 administration fee. Once a delegate has checked in at the conference registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted. f) New registrations will be accepted at the registration desk only if space permits. g) Refunds will be verified by the conference Chair and will be processed following the conclusion of the Conference.
