DHS through ▇▇.▇▇@DHS shall provide METS System Development-QHP services associated with the implementation and enhancement of MNsure’s state-based Health Insurance Exchange as authorized by the METS Executive Steering Committee, and cost allocated in accordance with federally approved DHS PACAP.
