Application Hosting definition

Application Hosting means the process of installing software on a server located in InsynQ's data center and providing ongoing outsourced services including, but not limited to data back-up, application delivery and data storage for a third party.
Application Hosting. EVERTEC is the owner of the hardware and the Customer is the owner of the application.
Application Hosting means the part of the Service that is the preferred method of delivery of the System, where the application is delivered from servers alongside hosted applications for other clients using the full segregation features of the operating system and server software to isolate the applications and data used by different clients. Authorised Administrator: means each person to whom Administrative Access to the Service is granted on behalf of the Customer. Bespoke Development: means amendments or additions to the System’s standard functionality to meet any Customer specific operational requirements, that cannot be achieved by Configuration. Requirements for Bespoke Development will have been noted in the Statement of Requirements. Business Day: any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or English bank holiday. Content means any content or materials accessible through or available on the Platform, other than Customer Content. Data: means all information relating to System Administrators and Users that is stored by Premier IT as part of the Service from time to time.

Examples of Application Hosting in a sentence

  • The "Value Added Offering" shall consist of whatever components of the foregoing that are purchased from Distributor by Customer, but shall include at a minimum the Application Hosting Services.

  • Distributor (either directly or indirectly) shall offer a hardware, software and connectivity solution for Application Hosting Services for Customers in connection with such Customers' use of the Licensed Programs; which shall include, the provision of all hardware (other than client-side hardware), software (other than the Licensed Programs), connectivity and services (including but not limited to installation, consulting, training, system management, First Line Support and Second Line Support).

  • This service is divided into three categories; Service Bureau, Application Hosting and Facilities Management.

  • Edupoint hosting shall be capable of providing Application Hosting Services on and from such backup servers with seventy-two (72) hours of any disruption of the LEA.

  • Service Provider will provide support and maintenance of the Active Directory Trust for Service Receiver for the duration of the Application Hosting TSA period.

Application Hosting means the part of the Service that is the method of delivery of the System, where the application is delivered from servers alongside hosted applications for other clients using the full segregation features of the operating system and server software to isolate the applications and data used by different clients. Authorised Administrator: means each person to whom Administrative Access to the Service is granted on behalf of the Customer. Business Day: any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or English bank holiday. Confidential Information: any information of a confidential nature (including trade secrets and information of commercial value) belonging to a party unless the information is public knowledge or already known to the other party at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes public knowledge other than by breach of this Agreement or subsequently comes lawfully into the possession of the other party from a third party. Configuration: means preparation of the standard System software in accordance the Customer’s requirements. This normally limited to the application of Customer’s logo and colour palette, the amendment of editable fields to reflect the customers operational terminology, the addition of Content where this has been supplied by Traineasy and specifically excludes the addition of new functionality or the amendment of existing functionality. Content: Web-based courses Customer: the customer identified on page 2 of this Agreement. Related to Application Hosting

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • Application area means the area where the coating is applied by spraying, dipping, or flow coating techniques.
