Close Call definition

Close Call means an occurrence or a condition of employee concern in which there is no injury, or only minor injury requiring first aid, or damage to property or equipment of less than one thousand dollars ($1,000), but which possesses a potential to cause a Mishap (as defined below); and (ii) “Mishap” shall mean an unplanned event on or about the Property and arising from the acts or omissions of Tenant or its employees, agents, contractors or invitees that results in at least one (1) of the following: (1) injury to any person; (2) damage to public or private property (including foreign property); (3) occupational injury or occupational illness to any person; or (4) failure of a NASA mission. If, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s discretion, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes that a Close Call or Mishap may become highly visible outside of Tenant’s organization (such as by the media or a governmental agency), then Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord by telephoning the NASA ▇▇▇▇ Safety, Health and Medical Services Division at 650 – 604 – 5602.

Close Call means a situation in which an employee is rostered, or directed by a duly authorised Senior officer, that they are or may be required to attend for extra duty sometime before their next normal time of commencing duty and that the employee is to remain at his or her residence and be required to be available for immediate recall to duty.

Close Call means an event in which there is no injury or only minor injury requiring first aid and/or no equipment or property damage, or minor equipment or property damage of less than $20,000, or not injury or only minor injury requiring first aid, but which possesses a potential to cause a Mishap (as defined below); and (ii) “Mishap” shall mean an unplanned event that results in at least one of the following: (a) injury to non-Landlord personnel, caused by Landlord operations; (b) damage to public or private property (including foreign property), caused by Landlord operations or Landlord-funded development or research projects; (c) occupational injury or occupational illness to Landlord personnel; (d) Landlord mission failure before the scheduled completion of the planned primary mission; (e) destruction of, or damage to, Landlord property except for a malfunction or failure of component parts that are normally subject to fair wear and tear and have a fixed useful life that is less than the fixed useful life of the complete system or unit of equipment, provided that the following are true: (1) there was adequate preventative maintenance; and (2) the malfunction or failure was the only damage and the sole action is to replace or repair that component. If, in ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s discretion, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes that a Close Call or Mishap may become highly visible outside of Tenant’s organization (such as by the media or a governmental agency), then Tenant shall promptly notify Landlord by telephoning the NASA ▇▇▇▇ Safety, Health and Medical Services Division at 650 – 604 – 5602.

Close Call as used in this Article, means an event in which there is no injury or only minor injury requiring first aid and/or no equipment/property damage or minor equipment/property damage (less than $1,000).

If, in Google's discretion, Google believes that a Close Call or Mishap may become highly visible outside of Google's organization (such as by the media or a governmental agency), then Google shall promptly notify NASA by telephoning the NASA ▇▇▇▇ Safety, Health and Medical Services Division at 650 - 604 - 5602.

Close Call means an Incident which i. had the potential of resulting in a material or negative impact to the Quality of groundwater or water in the Watershed were it not for situational or mitigating factors present; and
