Data Categorization Data categorization is the process of risk assessment of Data.
The Authorized User must include: • the Data Categorization elements (not actual Data); • the overall risk determination; and • applicable statutory requirements (See Contract Appendix F – Primary Security and Privacy Mandates).
As part of the RFQ process Authorized Users must make a business decision, based on their Data Categorization results, as to the appropriateness of a Cloud Solution.
