The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Environment Management Framework and the Social Impact Management Framework, and that the implementation of the Environment Management Framework and the Social Impact Management Framework is adequately monitored and supervised throughout Project Implementation.
Ningbo shall provide, and shall cause to be provided, to the Bank for its prior concurrence any proposed modification or waiver of an Environment Management Plan, the Environment Management Framework, a Resettlement Action Plan and the Resettlement Policy Framework, and put into effect only such modification or waiver as shall have been agreed by the Bank.

The Borrower shall, through MIDA, and shall cause ANAM to, ensure that RPAs and CBOs carry out respectively the Productive Subprojects and the Environmental Subprojects, all in accordance with the Environment Management Framework, the RPF and the IPP prepared for the Project.
