It is a condition of the Agreement that you shall notify us in writing of any data provided to us pursuant to the Agreement (including, but not limited to, your sharing, via any electronic database, of your data with us) or created by us on your instruction which is controlled for export under any Export Control Rules or requires a security clearance.
