Final Documentation definition

Final Documentation means, in respect of the Work, all printed documentation and data on electronic, optical and magnetic media (in both its native format, and PDF or equivalent acceptable to Canadian Natural) related to the engineering, equipment and materials supply, fabrication and Pre-Commissioning in sufficient detail to allow Canadian Natural to operate, maintain, dismantle, reassemble and adjust the Results of Work and including, without limitation, As-Built Drawings, certificates of inspection of certifying entities (whether official or not), registration documents of Governmental Authorities, descriptive and operating manuals and instructions, maintenance and safety manuals and instructions, spare parts and special tools identification and price lists, and including documentation obtained from other members of Contractor Group, and all other related documents as stipulated in the Agreement.
Final Documentation. The final documentation related to the Agreements will not contain any material restrictions, limitations or additional obligations that are not set forth herein.
Final Documentation means a written maintenance manual that includes product specification data and procedures for maintenance of the Artwork.

Examples of Final Documentation in a sentence

  • Contractor shall submit all Final Documentation as specified in the Schedules, including Schedule D (Contractor Documents), and at the times stated therein.

  • Each of IDT and PT-1 shall negotiate in good faith to cause the Final Documentation to be executed and delivered by the parties as promptly as is practicable after the date hereof and to reflect in all material terms the substantive provisions hereof.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event that this Agreement is terminated because of the effectiveness of the Final Documentation, then the escrow agent shall retain the Initial Deposit in accordance with the terms of the Final Documentation.

More Definitions of Final Documentation

Final Documentation means the delivery to the Borrower (with copies to Lender) of the following and approval by the Borrower (and if required by the Lender):

Final Documentation means the report and/or representation and/or software that is delivered to the Customer by TEKenable when it has completed its performance of the Services;
Final Documentation means all documentation related to design, construction, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing of materials and equipment and other parts of the WORK, such as drawings, test report manuals, as-built drawings, safety instructions, as-built dossier, operating manuals, certificates of inspection, video records of the WORK, the CONTRACTOR’S and SUBCONTRACTORS’ documentation satisfactory to COMPANY (inclusive of all information necessary for identification of spare parts) and any other documents stipulated elsewhere in the CONTRACT.
Final Documentation shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Custodial Agreement.
Final Documentation. The final documentation related to the Emergence Grants will not contain any material restrictions, limitations or additional obligations that are not set forth herein or in a Participant’s employment agreement as in effect as of the Emergence Date. The following term sheet (this “Term Sheet”) presents certain material terms in respect of the Series A Warrants and Series B Warrants (the “Warrants”) set forth in the Plan. Series B Warrants The Series B Warrants shall entitle the holders thereof to purchase, at the Exercise Price (defined below), in the aggregate, a number of shares of New Common Stock representing 2.5% of the total New Common Stock of the Equity Issuer issued and outstanding as of the Effective Date (assuming the exercise of all Series A Warrants and all Series B Warrants) (the “Series B Pro Forma Ownership”). The Series B Pro Forma Ownership shall be subject to dilution for (i) shares of New Common Stock issued pursuant to the CVR Agreement; and (ii) shares of New Common Stock issued pursuant to the Management Incentive Plan.
