Safety Instructions Clause Samples

The Safety Instructions clause sets out the requirements and guidelines for maintaining a safe environment during the performance of work or use of products and services. It typically outlines the specific safety procedures that must be followed, such as the use of protective equipment, adherence to posted warnings, and compliance with relevant safety laws or standards. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps prevent accidents and injuries, ensuring that all parties understand their responsibilities for safety and reducing the risk of liability.
