Fixed Services definition
Fixed Services means those Services identified as a “Fixed Service” in the Service Schedules;
Fixed Services means any of the Fixed Broadband Services and/or Landline Services listed in a Price Plan (or any combination of these) as requested by the Customer in the Customer Agreement Form.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to the provision of the Fixed Services.
No liability will be accepted for any loss or damage arising as a result of an interruption in the Fixed Services during such maintenance or repair time.
The Charges for Fixed Services detailed in the Commercial Schedule are available subject to the Customer fulfilling all of its commitments as set out in this Agreement.
The Customer may continue to be billed separately by the Access Provider for any Single Billing Product Exclusions that may apply in respect of Fixed Services.
Upon expiry or termination of the Contract for any reason, the Customer will, at Customers expense, be responsible for returning the THREE Fixed Services Equipment without undue delay to THREE at such address as THREE may advise.

Fixed Services means the provision of telecommunications services by means of a fixed connection or a system providing public fixed network connections to consumers.

Intellectual Property Rights - Patents, design rights, trade marks, copyrights (including any such rights in typographical arrangements, websites or software), rights subsisting in trading, business or domain names and e-mail addresses, rights in inventions, rights in databases and all other intellectual property rights of a similar or corresponding character which subsist now or in the future in any part of the world whether registered or not and whether or not capable of registration, and any applications to register or rights to apply for registration of any of the foregoing in all parts of the world.
