The service availability for Business VPN Lite Service Types is the Global Backbone Availability.
If the actual Global Backbone Availability is less than the Global Backbone Availability Service Level, then Customer will be entitled to receive a credit against the Qualifying Charges for the Location where the Outage occurred so long as Customer reported all Outages to the GCSC.
The Global Backbone Availability Service Level per Month is 99.99%.
