Hosted Data definition

Hosted Data is Client Data including all data and information about Client’s business(es), Clients, employees, operations, facilities, products, markets, assets, or finances that Consultant obtains, creates, generates, collects, or processes in connection with its performance of Services and is stored in the Hosting Environment.
Hosted Data means the data which is hosted pursuant to the Hosting Services;
Hosted Data means the data transmitted to, loaded into, or stored in, the Hosted Software or on the Hosted System by Customer and Users or otherwise through use of the Hosted Software.

Examples of Hosted Data in a sentence

  • The Client also agrees that E-monitor reserves the right to suspend one or more user accounts if necessary to protect the security of Hosted Data or E-monitor's information systems.

  • Access to Hosted Data, applications, and databases is granted for testing, system maintenance, support, and to investigate alleged privacy violations and security incidents, restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

  • E-monitor will implement security measures, including but not limited to password protection and encryption, as well as maintain other safeguards such as virus protection, all of which are reasonably intended to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Hosted Data.

  • After this period, any Hosted Data not retrieved may, at E-monitor’s discretion, be either destroyed or archived according to E-monitor’s data retention policies.

  • If Customer subscribes to or purchases any SD products, including but not limited to SD-WAN, Firewall, Hosted Data, said products will be subject to additional terms and conditions.


More Definitions of Hosted Data

Hosted Data means the data which is hosted pursuant to the Hosting Services; “Hosting Services” means the hosting services more particularly detailed in an Order Form (as modified or substituted from time to time) to be provided hereunder by the Company to the Customer;
Hosted Data means all data, works and materials: uploaded to or stored on the Hosting Platform by the Customer, or by any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; transmitted by the Hosting Platform at the instigation of the Customer, or at the instigation of any third party using any software made available by means of the Hosting Platform; or supplied by the Customer to the Host for uploading to, transmission by or storage on the Hosting Platform;
Hosted Data means such Customer Data that is hosted by M-Files (or M-Files' hosted services provider) in order to provide Software Services to Customer.
Hosted Data means the data Customer loads into, or stores in, the Hosted Software or on the Servers.
Hosted Data means any electronic data (including lists, artwork, content, assets, images, accounts of Customers, accounts of Users, etc.) stored in a dINK Instance, after being uploaded by the Customer or a User;
Hosted Data means when the Software is deployed via Cloud Services, the data that an Authorized User loads into the Software or processes or stores using the Software.
Hosted Data means all data and information of the Customer which is hosted or stored on the Contractor's infrastructure and any other data and information belonging to the Customer which may be delivered to, or generated by, or otherwise come into the possession or control of, the Contractor including any associated set of data (such as log files and statistics) that are derived from the systems of the Customer or the systems and infrastructure of the Contractor;
