HUD Guidelines means the 2012 edition of the "Guidelines for the Evaluation and Control of Lead-Based Paint Hazards in Housing" issued by the United States department of housing and urban development pursuant to Section 1017 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, Public Law 102-550. The HUD guidelines may be accessed at www.hud.gov/lead .
HUD Guidelines means the guidelines and requirements of HUD regarding the origination, processing, underwriting, closing and funding of loans to be insured by the Federal Housing Administration (“FHA”).
