Implementation Report definition

Implementation Report refers to the first report that Comcast has 5 agreed to produce to the CPUC and Attorney General in order to demonstrate its compliance with 6 this Judgment as set forth in Paragraph 15 of this Judgment and Exhibit A.
Implementation Report has the meaning given in Section A17.
Implementation Report means the report prepared by the Commissioning Provider, in accordance with the EBCx Minimum Phase Report Requirements, and submitted by the Participant to the IESO for Technical Review and approval, which: (a) describes the ECMs that have been implemented at the Facility; (b) includes an updated version of the M&V Plan included with the Investigation Report, if any; (c) sets out the Claimed Energy Savings and Claimed Peak Demand Savings; and (d) includes confirmation from the Commissioning Provider that the Participant has been trained on the proper use of the implemented ECMs and provided with a copy of the Implementation Report and any other documentation necessary to maintain the ECMs during the Persistence Phase.

  • The Estimated Savings attributable to the Measures documented in the approved Project Implementation Report will be used for purposes of calculating the Incentive Payment in Section 7.2.

  • The Recipient must provide ARENA with an Implementation Report that meets the Implementation Report Requirements within [insert time frame].

Related to Implementation Report

  • Evaluation Report means that document which becomes a part of the employee’s personnel file.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith, from the Borrower to the Bank, containing the performance indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation;
