In the event ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is terminated for Improper Action, the City shall have no obligation to pay any severance amount or any Severance Compensation.
Any termination for Improper Action shall require five (5) days’ notice to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the reasons for termination, an opportunity for a hearing before the Mayor and City Council and a majority vote by the Mayor and City Council.
