Initial Dependable Capacity definition

Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operations Date, the maximum net capacity that the Facility capable of delivering at the Delivery Point, as determined by the initial Dependable Capacity Test. Provided that Initial Dependable Capacity can never be exceeded Contracted Facility Capacity.
Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operation Date for Phase 1 or Phase 2, as the case may be, the capacity set upon successful completion of the Dependable Capacity Test for such Phase and used to establish its respective Commercial Operation Date, which is the maximum capacity adjusted for Site Reference Conditions that the Facility is demonstrated to be capable of delivering continuously at the Delivery Point at that time, in accordance with (and subject to) Article 8.1(d)(iii) and is the capacity to apply until the next Dependable Capacity Test occurs after the Phase 2 Commercial Operation Date.
Initial Dependable Capacity. – means, at the Commercial Operations Date, the maximum net capacity that the Facility capable of delivering at the Delivery Point, as determined by the initial Dependable Capacity Test. Provided that Initial Dependable Capacity can never be exceeded Contracted Facility Capacity.

Examples of Initial Dependable Capacity in a sentence

  • The Engineer shall certify all test results arising out of or in connection with Commissioning and determination of the Initial Dependable Capacity pursuant to this Section 7.1.2 and Schedule 3.

  • The Company shall carry out Commissioning of the Facility and testing of the Initial Dependable Capacity and Dependable Capacity of the Facility in accordance with Sections 7.1, 7.2, and Schedule 3.

  • Capacity Payments shall be made on the basis of the Initial Dependable Capacity then in effect, and if any increase in the Initial Dependable Capacity is demonstrated, Capacity Payments will be adjusted from and after the Day following such demonstration.

  • The Initial Dependable Capacity shall be set at any level successfully demonstrated during the Commercial Operation Test up to the Contracted Facility Capacity.

  • Within 15 Days of the expiration of such period or any decision by Project Company not to undertake Remedial Actions (whichever is the earlier to occur), Project Company shall pay to GPA, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to US$3,100 per kW of the shortfall between the most recently determined Initial Dependable Capacity and the Contracted Phase 2 Capacity.

  • Within 15 Days of the expiration of such period or any decision by Project Company not to undertake Remedial Actions (whichever is the earlier to occur), Project Company shall pay to GPA, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to US$280 per kW of the shortfall between the most recently determined Initial Dependable Capacity and the Contracted Phase 1 Capacity.

  • Within 15 Days of the expiration of such period or any decision by Project Company not to undertake Remedial Actions (whichever is the earlier to occur), Project Company shall pay to GPA, as liquidated damages, an amount equal to US$ [ TBD ] per kW of the shortfall between the most recently determined Initial Dependable Capacity and the Contracted Phase 2 Capacity.

  • Project Company covenants that the Initial Dependable Capacity of Phase 1 shall not be less than the Contracted Phase 1 Capacity.


More Definitions of Initial Dependable Capacity

Initial Dependable Capacity means, at the Commercial Operation Date, the capacity set upon successful completion of the Dependable Capacity Test of the Facility used to establish the Commercial Operation Date, which is the maximum capacity adjusted for Site Reference Conditions that the Facility (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the BESS-Related Capacity and Reserve Capacity) is demonstrated to be capable of delivering continuously at the Delivery Point at that time, in accordance with (and subject to) Article 7.1(d)(iii) and is the capacity to apply until the next Dependable Capacity Test occurs after the Commercial Operation Date.
Initial Dependable Capacity. Means the capacity that the First Unit (and after the Commercial Operation Date of the Facility, the Facility) is demonstrated to be capable of delivering at the Delivery Point as determined by the relevant initial Dependable Capacity Test. For the avoidance of doubt, if an initial Dependable Capacity Test determines that the Initial Dependable Capacity exceeds the Contracted Capacity, payments on account of Initial Dependable Capacity shall be calculated based on the Contracted Capacity. Means the physical point(s) where the Facility connects to the Electrical Interconnection Facilities as described in Article 11.3.
Initial Dependable Capacity. The Dependable Capacity for the first Summer Period and Winter Period that is established pursuant to Section 11.
Initial Dependable Capacity. The Dependable Capacity level established by testing for the first Summer Period or Winter Period pursuant to Section 11.6.

Related to Initial Dependable Capacity

  • Idle capacity means the unused capacity of partially used facilities. It is the difference between (a) that which a facility could achieve under 100 percent operating time on a one-shift basis less operating interruptions resulting from time lost for repairs, setups, unsatisfactory materials, and other normal delays and (b) the extent to which the facility was actually used to meet demands during the accounting period. A multi-shift basis should be used if-it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • Available Capacity means the capacity from the Project, expressed in whole megawatts, that is available to generate Product. [For As-Available Product facilities only]

  • Partial Dependant means a "dependant" as prescribed in paragraph (a) of this subclause who receives a location allowance which is less than the location allowance prescribed in subclause (1) of this clause or who, if in receipt of a salary or wage package, receives less than a full consideration for which the location allowance is payable pursuant to the provisions of this clause.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).
