Maximum Allowance Amount definition

Maximum Allowance Amount means $2,074,320.00 (which is approximately $40.00 per square foot of Rentable Area).
Maximum Allowance Amount means $6,729,842.00 (which is approximately $48.00 per rentable square foot for the Second Amendment Expansion 1751 Space and $50.00 per rentable square foot for the Existing Premises);
Maximum Allowance Amount means $5,539,150.00 (which is approximately $50.00 per rentable square foot); provided, however, that if Tenant elects to complete Tenant’s Work on a multi-phase basis, Landlord will advance the applicable prorated portion of the Maximum Allowance Amount based on the area of the portion of the Premises in each such phase. In addition to the Maximum Allowance Amount, Landlord, at its sole cost and expense, will pay up to $15,000.00 for two initial test plans for the Premises.

  • Tenant shall not be entitled to any credit if the Total Cost of the Tenant Improvements is less than the Maximum Allowance Amount.

  • The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord after Landlord has made disbursements in the aggregate amount of the Maximum Allowance Amount.

  • Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that Tenant shall be responsible for all costs associated with the Landlord’s TI Work to the extent the same exceed the Maximum Allowance Amount (notwithstanding the content of the Cost Proposal).


More Definitions of Maximum Allowance Amount

Maximum Allowance Amount means $1,449,945.00 (which represents an allowance of $35.00 per rentable square foot of the Premises) which Maximum Allowance Amount may be used in the Premises for the Tenant Improvements and may be used to cover any costs associated with or related to the Tenant Improvements.
Maximum Allowance Amount means $779,430.00. Lessee shall receive from Lessor an allowance equal to the lesser of (a) the Work Cost (as that term is defined in Paragraph 5 below), and (b) the Maximum Allowance Amount (the lesser of (a) and (b), the “Tenant Improvement Allowance”). The Tenant Improvement Allowance shall be used solely to contribute toward payment of the Work Cost.   • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.
