Minimum Performance Level definition

Minimum Performance Level. As shown in Attachment A Maximum Award Value: 200% of Target Award for each Performance Period
Minimum Performance Level shall have the meaning as such term is defined in Section 3.3 of this Agreement.
Minimum Performance Level means a performance level within a tolerable range of deviation from the related Guaranteed Performance Level, which has to be complied with and demonstrated through Performance Tests as a precondition for issuing the Contractor a Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC), as detailed below.

More Definitions of Minimum Performance Level
