Minimum Service Level definition

Minimum Service Level means, in relation to any Service Measure or KPI, the level of service identified in Appendix 1 of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring) as the "Minimum Service Level";
Minimum Service Level. The lowest level of service which is maintained during any month before penalties are assessed.
Minimum Service Level has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2, Exhibit C;

  • The pro-rata decrease will be calculated so that a 1% deficiency from the Minimum Service Level equals a decrease that is equal to 1% of the Physician Services Fees payable with respect to the applicable calendar month.

  • Expected Service Level Default Means the Service Provider's level of performance for a particular Critical Service Level fails to meet the applicable Expected Service Level (but does not fail to meet the applicable Minimum Service Level), as specified in Exhibit 3 and its Attachments, and has failed to meet such Expected Service Level for four (4) or more occurrences in any rolling twelve (12) month period.

  • Minimum Service Level Guarantee Metric The following metric describes the minimum percentage of time each month that network connectivity is guaranteed to be available, subject to exclusions above.

  • There will be excluded from the measurement of compliance with any Minimum Service Level any failure to meet such Minimum Service Level if, during, and to the extent that such failure is related to (i) any matter constituting a Force Majeure under the Agreement; or (ii) any material failure by Customer to perform its obligations under the Agreement, provided that such failure by Customer caused the failure to meet the applicable Minimum Service Level.

  • This Minimum Service Level will be in effect until and unless superseded by a revised Minimum Service Level, at the discretion of EZDERM, at any time.


More Definitions of Minimum Service Level

Minimum Service Level for each Service Category means the level of performance for Resolution Time below which a Service Level Default will be deemed to have oc- curred, as reflected in the table below.
