The Standard is designed to ensure reliable access by the proposed Project to the New York State Transmission System or to the Distribution System, as applicable. The Standard does not impose any deliverability test or deliverability requirement on the proposed Project.
NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard means the reliability standard that must be met by any generating facility or class year transmission project that is subject to the NYISO’s Large Facility Interconnection Procedures in Attachment X to the OATT or the NYISO’s Small Generator Interconnection Procedures in Attachment Z to the OATT, that is proposing to connect to the Transmission System.

  • In the case of proposed interconnection projects, System Upgrade Facilities are the modification or additions to the existing New York State Transmission System that are required for the proposed project to connect reliably to the system in a manner that meets the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard.

  • Developer shall mean an Eligible Customer developing a Large Generating Facility, proposing to connect to the New York State Transmission System, in compliance with the NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard.

Related to NYISO Minimum Interconnection Standard

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • Interconnection Study means a study prepared by or on behalf of the Transmission Provider or the CAISO to evaluate the impact of the interconnection of the Generating Facility to the Transmission Provider’s electric system or the applicable Control Area operator’s electric grid.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Interconnection Regulations means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017, as amended from time to time;
