Section 25.2. 45 Each employee shall be provided a copy of any derogatory material placed in his or her 46 personnel file within five (5) days of its insertion. An employee may attach comments to any 47 material that is a part of the personnel file. 5 Section 3.1.
Section 25.2. 28 Each employee shall be provided a copy of all material placed in his or her personnel file 29 within five (5) days of its insertion.
Section 25.2. 2 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 3 and conditions of Section 26.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be subsequent to the 4 effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
Section 25.2. 17 The district shall reimburse the employee for the cost of obtaining an emergency certificate. 20 21 ARTICLE X X V I 23 DRUG TESTING 24 25 Mandatory testing for employees holding commercial driver’s license as required under Federal 26 Highway Administration Rules on controlled substance use and testing shall be provided under the law 27 and as follows: 29 Section 26.1. 30 Refusal to submit to any required testing shall result in immediate termination.
Section 25.2. 23 It is further provided that such part or provision of this agreement so rendered or declared invalid shall 24 immediately be amended to comply with the requirements of such enacted legislation or court decree. 27 28 ARTICLE XXVI 29 30 TERM
Section 25.2. 9 All provisions of this Agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this Agreement 10 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in the following section.
Section 25.2. 12 Each employee shall be provided a copy of all non-routine material placed in his or her 13 personnel file within five (5) days of its insertion. An employee may request to the 14 superintendent that derogatory material more than two (2) years old be removed from the file.
Section 25.2. 11 Salaries for employees subject to this agreement, during the term of this agreement, are contained in 12 Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 25.2. The Government of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands may, with respect to United States persons, tax income derived from sources within its respective jurisdiction, property situated therein, including transfers of such property by gift or at death, and products consumed therein, in such manner as the Government of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands deems appropriate. The determination of the source of any income, or the situs of any property, shall for purposes of this Compact, as amended, be made according to the United States Internal Revenue Code. A citizen of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands, domiciled therein, shall be exempt from estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes imposed by the Government of the United States, provided that such citizen of the Republic of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands is neither a citizen nor a resident of the United States.
Section 25.2. Any new legislation that impacts the Agreement shall be subject to 9 negotiations at any time if either party so requests.
