Priority 1 Fault definition

Priority 1 Fault means a total or significant failure in the functionality or performance of the Platform (or any part thereof), and this Defect affects 50% of End User revenue for the Platform;
Priority 1 Fault. Sharepoint and/or Exchange are not available, such that this has a critical impact on multiple users and affects the Customer's ability to trade. No workaround is available. Priority 1 Faults can only be raised by telephone by the Customer Authoritative Contacts. Out of Business Hours calls will be passed to an answering service and actioned by the engineer on call. Tivarri reserves the right to charge for faults raised out of Business Hours that are not Priority 1 Faults.
Priority 1 Fault a total or significant failure in the functionality or performance of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof) or where Availability of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof) has degraded to a level where revenue may be impacted and/or non recoverable or any failure which otherwise impacts on revenue; “Priority 2 Fault” a failure of moderate impact causing moderate/low disruption or reduction in the functionality or performance of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof) or the Availability of the Licensed Software (or any part thereof) which does not impact on revenues and an acceptable Workaround exists;

Examples of Priority 1 Fault in a sentence

  • The Customer’s TTR will be based on the Priority 1 Fault time per Customer Site for each outage event.

  • In the case of a Priority 1 Fault reported by the District, [SIS Vendor] shall respond within two (2) hour from the time the Fault was reported.

Related to Priority 1 Fault

  • Priority 1 is defined in Appendix A, Section 3.4.

  • Priority 2 Individuals who are: Age 60 and over in need of the following medically related trips: • Need for life sustaining medical care such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation treatment • Multi-system failure or conditions requiring immediate medical supervision/care, e.g. diabetes, heart disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) • Surgery or non-elective (immediate need) procedure
