The TRA will assist the Consultancy firm through a Project Implementation Team (PIT) in accomplishing the tasks specified in the ToR and the Activity Plan.
The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that the Project Implementation Team referred to in paragraph 1 of this Section shall be able to transmit procurement requests under the Project directly to the Association and without any prior approval of the Project Implementing Entity.
