Prototype Project definition
Prototype Project means a research activity proposed by the prototype-level performer and selected by the Government for a Project Agreement under this Agreement.

The intent of the ROTI is to solicit proposals from the NAC in order to competitively award projects under this Agreement. "Technical Direction Letter (TDL)" refers to the Government document issued to the CMF, on behalf of the NAC, reflecting the Government's decision to select and fund all or part of a particular proposal submitted by a NAC Member. The TDL shall establish the contractual information regarding the scope of work, project specific terms and conditions, and payment information for the project.
