Public Infrastructure Improvements means the Public Infrastructure Improvements as generally described on Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference and which (with the exception of real estate interests and other costs and expenses) will be more specifically described in the Construction Documents.

Public Infrastructure Improvements means all improvements listed in this subsection and includes both on- site improvements and off-site improvements that directly or indirectly benefit the district.
