Redelivery Point definition

Redelivery Point means the Cavarzere Entry Point where the Operating Company makes the Gas, object of the Regasification Service of which the Users are the holders, available to the Transportation Company, which takes it over for the return to the same Users as part of the transportation service pursuant to Art.13 of TIRG. Redelivery Point means the Interconnection Point, as specified in the relevant TSC, where the Natural Gas is redelivered to Shipper by Carrier.
Redelivery Point means the point at or near the tailgate of the Plant at which the Residue Gas is returned to Supplier or Supplier’s designee if Supplier is taking its share of the Residue Gas in kind.

  • In such case Carrier shall indemnify Shipper from and against any losses, damages and costs caused to Shipper by the redelivery of such Natural Gas by Carrier at the Redelivery Point, but only to the extent requested and properly documented by Shipper on the basis of the requests and the documentation submitted by the operator of the downstream gas transit system.

  • In case Shipper does not comply with its obligation under this GC 5.1(iii), Carrier shall be automatically released from its obligation under GC 5.2 and GC 5.3 for the quantities not taken off by Shipper at the Redelivery Point and for the period during which Shipper does not comply with its obligations under GC 5.1(ii).

  • In such case Carrier shall indemnify Shipper from and against any losses, damages and costs caused to Shipper, and deriving directly from the redelivery of such Off- Spec Gas by Carrier at the Redelivery Point, but only to the extent requested, properly and duly documented by Shipper on the basis of the requests and the documentation submitted by the operator of the downstream gas transit system.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, beginning from the Start Date until the End Date, the transit capacity in the Pipeline System reserved by Carrier at the benefit of Shipper, from the Delivery Point to the Redelivery Point, shall be equal to the committed capacity (the “Committed Capacity”), expressed in MWh/h and set out in the relevant TSC.

  • Without prejudice to the provision here below, Shipper shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any act, event or omission occurring before delivery of Shipper’s LNG by Terminal Operator at the Redelivery Point for Loading except to the extent caused by Shipper.


More Definitions of Redelivery Point

Redelivery Point or “Redelivery Points” is defined in the Operating Code.
Redelivery Point means the location where gas is metered for delivery to the Customer’s premises for billing purposes. In the case of a Customer Group, the Redelivery Point shall be the billing meter for each member of the Customer Group.
Redelivery Point means the block valve on the outlet of the flow meter skid connecting the CCR Pipeline System to the Casper Crude to Rail oil terminal located at 6850 North 6 Mile Road, Casper, WY 82604.
