Return Point definition

Return Point means the return point specified in Item 1 of the Key Terms Schedule.
Return Point means a place at which a person (whether the purchaser of the scheme article or otherwise) can return scheme packaging and receive payment of a sum equal to the deposit for each item of scheme packaging returned,
Return Point means the location the Customer shall return the Camper to as specified in the Confirmation or as varied by the Rental Agreement.

  • The Hirer will return the Vehicle in a clean condition with a full fuel tank and a full bottle of gas (if applicable, and subject to any pre-purchase fuel and/or pre- purchase gas option being taken), on the Return Date at the time and at the Return Point set out in the Rental Agreement.

  • Delivery and Return Point: the delivery point of the Natural Gas is within the unified natural gas storage.

More Definitions of Return Point

Return Point means the physical connection of the Storage Facility to the gas transmission grid of the Network Operator as further specified in the Technical Specifications in Annex I to these GTCSS at which Natural Gas can be transferred from the Storage Facility to the Network Operator (entry point); see also definition of “Take Over Point”.
Return Point means the point of connection between the Energy Transfer Station and Supplier's chilled water delivery system, at which point chilled water returns to Supplier's pipes after it has passed through the Energy Transfer Station.
Return Point means the surface or ground water location where water withdrawn and used is returned or discharged.
