Technology Documentation definition

Technology Documentation means all information, instructions, manuals, designs, drawings, models, samples, schematics, experimental or test data, notes, charts, reports, specifications, prototypes and other information: 1.1.34.1 relating to the development, use, installation, implementation, integration, set-up, configuration, operation, updating, enhancement, modification, maintenance or support of Technology; or 1.1.34.2 used in connection with the instruction and training of individuals in the development, use, installation, implementation, integration, set-up, configuration, operation, updating, enhancement, modification, maintenance or support of Technology, in any form or medium whatsoever and whether or not copyrightable, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein;
Technology Documentation means a written description of the BMS Know-How.
Technology Documentation means all designs, drawings, specifications, test information, vendor lists, source and object code versions of the software incorporated into or used by Com21 to design, manufacture or maintain the Products and all other data and information owned by Com21 or to which Com21 has the right to grant sublicenses with respect to the design, manufacture and use of the Products. The Technology Documentation will include a list of third party technology, if any, in the Products to which Com21 cannot sublicense the rights envisioned by the manufacturing license below, and persons at such third parties to contact regarding obtaining licenses. The Technology Documentation will further include a list of consultants, if any, whom Com21 reasonably believes could provide technical support to 3Com in connection with 3Com's exercising of the rights under the manufacturing license below. Prior to the date of first shipment of the Product by Com21 to 3Com, the parties will attach an exhibit to the Headend Distribution Agreement that sets forth a complete list of the Technology Documentation that exists as of such date. Com21 shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Einsights Technology, Documentation or technical information provided by Einsights, and performance information relating to the Services shall be deemed Confidential Information of Einsights without any marking or further designation.

Attached as Exhibit F to this Agreement is a complete list of the Technology Documentation that exists as of such date. Company shall update such Technology Documentation if it updates its own archival copy of the Technology Documentation.
Technology Documentation as used in this Escrow Agreement has the same meaning as set forth in Section 1.23 of the Reseller Agreement.
Technology Documentation means the technical manuals, design manual, design documents, taken together with their drawings and indexes, which describe and explain the proprietary knowledge of SELLER, and included all the documents described in the ANNEX 3.
Technology Documentation means all material, printed or in any other publication medium, defining the Technology or relating to the description of the Technology.
Technology Documentation means all commercially reasonable documentation in the possession of either Party that describes the specifications and performance features of the FR/SIC Technology.

Related to Technology Documentation

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Regulatory Approvals), all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all clinical studies and tests, including the manufacturing batch records, relating to the Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.

  • User Documentation means that documentation regarding the operation, guidelines and features and functionality of Clover Insights that is made available to you from time to time at the website, by internet link or otherwise. User Documentation may be modified from time to time by First Data or its third party provider(s).
