Third Party Documentation definition

Third Party Documentation means the operation and maintenance manual, diagrams, documents for installation and start-up, and any other documents customarily provided by a Third Party for distribution withh the Third Party Products.
Third Party Documentation means any information or user operating instructions, including, but not limited to, user guides, reference and manuals which applies to the Third Party Software and the applicable terms thereof.
Third Party Documentation means drawings, designs, material specifications, processing instructions, equipment specifications, product specifications, confidential data, computer software, electronic files, research notebooks, invention disclosures, research and development reports, fabrication procedures, work flow descriptions or depictions, assembly procedures, formulae, and the like that are given or made available to, or summarized and provided to, WGT in writing or by electronic transmission by a person other than Medtronic.

  • In connection with entering into this Agreement and Third Party Documentation, I understand that I am subject to certain limitations, restrictions or prohibitions on My activity, including but not limited to activity with respect to My Account (“Prohibited Activity”).

Third Party Documentation means such user guides, operating manuals and other supporting documents as are made available to SolutionsPT in respect of the Subscription Services, Wonderware Software, Third Party Software, and (where applicable) Hardware, by the relevant software publishers and Hardware manufacturers for distribution to SolutionsPT's clients;
Third Party Documentation means Documentation the Intellectual Property Rights in which are owned by a third party;
Third Party Documentation means those documents, produced by third parties that have been used by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to develop the Managed Service, outlined in Schedule 10;
Third Party Documentation means such user guides, operating manuals and other supporting documents as are made available to SolutionsPT in respect of the Subscription Services, Wonderware Software, Third Party Software, and (where applicable) Hardware, by the relevant software publishers and Hardware manufacturers for distribution to SolutionsPT's clients; "Third Party Software" means the third party proprietary software specified in an Project Initiation Document, save the Wonderware Software, including proprietary software comprised within any Subscription Services; "Use" means, (a) in respect of Software, to load, execute, access, employ, utilize, store and/or display, configure, maintain (which includes the application of new versions, releases, upgrades, updates, fixes, and patches), (where applicable) to input and display data and run reports using the same, to make one copy for each of back-up, training and testing purposes, and to operate and to otherwise use the same for the internal business purposes and benefit of the Client, and (b) in respect of Documentation, to copy and create derivative works from, same, and otherwise use the same, in each case as is reasonably necessary for the internal business purposes and benefit of the Client; "Virus" means any computer code constituting a virus or other contaminant including but not limited to any computer codes or instructions that may or will be used without the Client's approval to access, modify, delete or damage any data files or other computer programs used by the Client; and "Wonderware Software" means the proprietary software of Aveva Group PLC specified in a Project Initiation Document, including proprietary F3.0 Full Project Terms and Conditions Version 8.0 (15th March 2019) Author ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ 64918933-1 software comprised within any Subscription Services.
Third Party Documentation means and refers to any form of documentation described in 34 USC § 12491(c)(3) and 24 CFR § 5.2007(b)(1) except for the VAWA self-certification form described in 34 USC § 12491(c)(3)(A) and 24 CFR § 5.2007(b)(1)(i).
