The City Traffic Improvements shall be paid from City funds already appropriated for such purposes (collectively, the “City Infrastructure Funds”).
It is hereby intended that the Traffic Improvements will be constructed generally in accordance with the development specifications set forth on the Public Improvement Construction Plans.
Attached hereto as Exhibit G and Exhibit U are construction schedules for the construction of the Improvements and the City Traffic Improvements, respectively.

The City shall have no design and construction obligations with respect to utilities other than as may be included in the City’s obligations with respect to City Traffic Improvements.
In the event that the City’s Traffic Improvements – Downtown Crossing Phase 2 are not completed on such dates, the Developer may request in writing that the City perform such work.
Traffic control equipment provided as part of the Traffic Improvements shall be as per Planning Board approval, including, without limitation, ornamental, post-mounted signal poles painted as prescribed by the Board, and shall include control preemption equipment for emergency vehicles at the sole expense of WRMM.
