ACCESS CODES AND SECURITY. You are responsible for assuring the security and confidentiality of any Access Codes utilized by You, your personnel, or agents. You shall promptly notify StoneX as soon as You become aware or reasonably believe of any unauthorized use or misuse of the Platform or the Access Codes by any Person. Upon receipt of such notice from You, or if StoneX believes that any Person is breaching the Platform’s security, using the Platform without due authority, or using the Platform in a manner that is not in the best interests of the participants therein generally, or otherwise misusing the Platform, StoneX shall have the right (but not the obligation), in its sole discretion, to take any action as it may deem necessary to prevent such Person from accessing or using the Platform until such time as (in StoneX’s sole discretion) such breach, unauthorized use or misuse is no longer continuing or will no longer continue. You shall take all measures commercially reasonable under the circumstances to rectify such breach, use, unauthorized use, or misuse, whether requested by StoneX or not, including immediately ceasing to access or use the Platform. StoneX shall not be liable for any breach of Platform security or for any of your losses arising therefrom, except to the extent that StoneX has committed gross negligence or engaged in willful misconduct with respect thereto.
ACCESS CODES AND SECURITY. To help enhance your security, you must follow these general safety guidelines: A. Never leave your computer or other access device (e.g., mobile phone) unattended while logged on to any Service. B. Memorize your user ID and password ("Codes"). C. Change your Codes regularly. D. Choose Codes that are not easy to guess. Use a minimum of 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters with a combination of at least 2 numbers and 2 letters (e.g., 9aA6Bc3d). Codes are case sensitive and should contain at least 1 lower case and 1 upper case alphabetic character. Do not use names of family members, pets, common character sequences, proper names, geographic locations, personal details such as a Social Security number or birthday, etc. Words in a dictionary, derivatives of user IDs and common character sequence such as "12345678" should not be employed. E. Never disclose your Codes to any other person. Your Codes are for your personal use and should be kept confidential by you. If someone identifies himself as a First State Bank employee and asks for your Codes, that person is an imposter. i) Do not save passwords on your computer or any other access device (e.g., mobile phone) ii) Check your statements and review your banking transactions promptly, thoroughly and regularly. You should report any errors or problems to First State Bank immediately. iii) Should you receive a suspicious e-mail or telephone request for information that purports to be from First State Bank, you must immediately notify your Relationship Manager or call First State Bank direct at ▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇.

ACCESS CODES AND SECURITY. The Provider shall provide the Participant with Access Codes to be used only by authorized personnel of the Participant. Participant shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Access Codes used by its authorized personnel. The Participant shall promptly notify the Provider as soon as the Participant becomes aware of any unauthorized use or misuse of the Platform or the Access Codes. Upon receipt of such notice, if the Provider reasonably believes that the Participant or any other Person acting through the Participant’s facilities, is breaching the Platform’s security, using the Platform without due authority, or using the Platform in a manner that is not in the best interests of the participants therein generally, or otherwise misusing the Platform, the Provider shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to take any action as it may reasonably deem necessary to prevent the Participant or any such employee, agent or other Person, from accessing or using the Platform until such time as (in the Provider’s sole determination) such breach, unauthorized use or misuse is no longer continuing or will no longer continue. The Participant shall take all measures reasonable under the circumstances to rectify such breach, use, unauthorized use, or misuse, whether requested by the Provider or not, including immediately ceasing to access or use the Platform. The Provider shall not be liable for any breach of Platform security or for any losses of the Participant arising therefrom, except to the extent caused by Provider’s fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct; provided, however, that to the extent any breach of Platform security results in the Participant executing a Transaction in which it did not intend to transact, Provider shall take reasonable steps to assist the Participant in mitigating any resulting loss pursuant to the Transaction Review Policy in Section 3 - Operation of the Platform below.

You agree that we are entitled to act upon instructions we receive with respect to the Services under your Codes or authentication method that we require. You are liable for all transactions made or authorized with the use of your Codes. We have no responsibility for establishing the identity of any person who uses your Codes. You agree that if you give any component of your Codes to anyone or fail to safeguard its secrecy, you will be in violation of your obligations under your Bank Account Agreement and this Service Agreement. You agree to take appropriate steps to ensure that all components of your Codes are protected and kept confidential. You agree to indemnify and release us from any and all liability, and agree not to make any claim or bring any action against us, relating to our honoring or allowing any actions or transactions that are conducted under your Codes or acting upon instructions, messages or authorizations provided to us using your Codes.   • Access and Security Customer shall employ all physical, administrative and technical controls, screening and security procedures and other safeguards necessary to: (a) securely administer the distribution and use of all Access Credentials and protect against any unauthorized access to or use of the Hosted Services; and (b) control the content and use of Customer Data, including the uploading or other provision of Customer Data for Processing by the Hosted Services.

  • Safety and Security Procedures Contractor shall maintain and enforce, at the Contractor Work Locations, industry-standard safety and physical security policies and procedures. While at each JBE Work Location, Contractor shall comply with the safety and security policies and procedures in effect at such JBE Work Location.

  • Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Agreement. Contractor shall be responsible to ascertain from the District the rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.

  • USE OF TBS ACCESS CODE (a) An Account Holder may operate the TBS in relation to his Account by using his TBS Access Code. (b) Any Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be deemed to be given by the Account Holder and shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder and the Account Holder hereby authorises the Bank to act on any such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code. (c) All acts on the part of the Bank pursuant to such Service Instructions identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code shall be conclusive and binding on the Account Holder (notwithstanding that such Service Instructions may not have been given by the Account Holder or with his consent or authority). (d) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled (but not obliged), in its reasonable discretion, to permit the Account Holder to operate the TBS without the use of his T-PIN upon verifying the identity of the Account Holder in accordance with the Bank’s prevailing prescribed procedure at the time. (e) Notwithstanding and without prejudice to the other terms and conditions herein, the Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to act on all or any Service Instructions; and the Bank shall be entitled in its reasonable discretion to require written confirmation of the Account Holder’s Service Instructions (even where identified by the Account Holder’s TBS Access Code), and to refuse to act on any such Service Instructions unless and until such written confirmation is received by the Bank. (f) The use of any TBS and the TBS Access Code is also subject to the Bank’s terms and conditions governing the type of Account or facility of which the TBS may be operated in connection therewith and nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as amending or varying those terms and conditions. (g) The Bank shall at its reasonable discretion, be entitled to change, de- activate or revoke the use of the TBS Access Code at any time without giving any reason but with reasonable notice to the Account Holder.

  • Password and Security If you are issued or create any password or other credentials to access the Service or the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered, you agree not to give or make available your password or credentials to any unauthorized individuals, and you agree to be responsible for all actions taken by anyone to whom you have provided such credentials. If you believe that your credentials have been lost or stolen or that someone may attempt to use them to access the Site or Service without your consent, you must inform us at once at the telephone number provided in Section 6 of the General Terms above. See also Section 16 of the General Terms above regarding how the timeliness of your notice impacts your liability for unauthorized transfers.
