We have access to and retain (including following the termination of the Terms) the data collected through the Service, including personal data and any other data provided by WeTransfer’s users, Buyers, and Sellers, including Business Users in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement. Business Users and consumers have access to the data generated by their use of the Service as further described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy. A Business User cannot access any data generated by other Business Users in their use of the Service. The data generated on the Service by Business Users and consumers can be provided to third parties that support us in the provision of the Service and in the processing activities described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
Access to Information and Data. At all times during the term of the Company the duly authorized representatives of each Member will, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all information and documents, including without limitation, technical and proprietary information and know-how relating to the Property, information relating to the exploration, development and extraction of minerals from the Property, project, data files and library resources relating to the Property. All information and data concerning or derived from the Mining Operations will be kept confidential and, except to the extent required by law or by regulation of any applicable securities commission or stock exchange, will not be disclosed to any person other than an Affiliate without the prior consent of all Members, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. The text of any news releases or other public statements which a Member intends to make with respect to the Property or this Agreement will be made available to the other Members for their approval prior to publication.
Access to Information and Data. Group understands and agrees that SynerPhy must have access to financial and other operating data and systems maintained by Group relating to the operations of Group to be able to provide the services contemplated in this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the performance initiatives described in Section 3.8. SynerPhy shall, with Group's prior approval, be afforded reasonable access to all such information and data of Group concerning the operations of Group, including, but not limited to, financial data, physician data, patient level data to track clinical and financial outcomes, accounts receivable data, accounts payable data, employee payroll information, all systems and programs on which such data and information are stored, all paper records and files where such information is held, and all electronic records relating to the foregoing. Subject, in all instances, to applicable federal and state laws and regulations, SynerPhy shall have the right to aggregate and assimilate such data and information with and into similar data and information from physician groups managed by PhyCor and its affiliates as provided in Section 7.1 hereto. SynerPhy shall also be permitted reasonable access to employees of Group who are responsible for maintaining and processing all such information and data. Group also agrees to produce such reports based on the foregoing data and information, as SynerPhy shall reasonably request from time to time in connection with SynerPhy's performance of its duties under this Agreement.

  • Access to Information Such Purchaser acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review the Transaction Documents (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) and the SEC Reports and has been afforded, (i) the opportunity to ask such questions as it has deemed necessary of, and to receive answers from, representatives of the Company concerning the terms and conditions of the offering of the Securities and the merits and risks of investing in the Securities; (ii) access to information about the Company and its financial condition, results of operations, business, properties, management and prospects sufficient to enable it to evaluate its investment; and (iii) the opportunity to obtain such additional information that the Company possesses or can acquire without unreasonable effort or expense that is necessary to make an informed investment decision with respect to the investment. Such Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that neither the Placement Agent nor any Affiliate of the Placement Agent has provided such Purchaser with any information or advice with respect to the Securities nor is such information or advice necessary or desired. Neither the Placement Agent nor any Affiliate has made or makes any representation as to the Company or the quality of the Securities and the Placement Agent and any Affiliate may have acquired non-public information with respect to the Company which such Purchaser agrees need not be provided to it. In connection with the issuance of the Securities to such Purchaser, neither the Placement Agent nor any of its Affiliates has acted as a financial advisor or fiduciary to such Purchaser.

Voluminous information shall be made available for inspection or will be provided at reproduction cost.

  • Access to Information Systems Access, if any, to DXC’s Information Systems is granted solely to perform the Services under this Order, and is limited to those specific DXC Information Systems, time periods and personnel as are separately agreed to by DXC and Supplier from time to time. DXC may require Supplier’s employees, subcontractors or agents to sign individual agreements prior to access to DXC’s Information Systems. Use of DXC Information Systems during other time periods or by individuals not authorized by DXC is expressly prohibited. Access is subject to DXC business control and information protection policies, standards and guidelines as may be modified from time to time. Use of any other DXC Information Systems is expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies even when an DXC Information System that Supplier is authorized to access, serves as a gateway to other Information Systems outside Supplier’s scope of authorization. Supplier agrees to access Information Systems only from specific locations approved for access by DXC. For access outside of DXC premises, DXC will designate the specific network connections to be used to access Information Systems.
