ACCOUNTING RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS. Provider shall be responsible for maintaining full and accurate accounts and records of all services rendered and facilities used pursuant to this Agreement and such additional information as Company may reasonably request for purposes of its internal bookkeeping and accounting operations. (b) At any time during the Term of this Agreement, WIN, or its authorized independent auditors or counsel, shall have the right to inspect and audit CSL’s accounts, books and records relating to the Services upon five (5) business days prior written notice during regular business hours and without undue disruption of the normal operations of CSL.
(c) All information WIN, its Affiliates and its other authorized Persons gain access to pursuant to this Section 6 shall be subject to the terms of the confidentiality provisions set forth in Section 13 of this Agreement.
