Additional Parking Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Parking' clause defines the terms under which extra parking spaces beyond those initially provided may be made available to tenants or users. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting additional parking, any associated fees, and the conditions or limitations on availability, such as first-come, first-served or subject to landlord approval. Its core function is to clarify the rights and procedures for obtaining extra parking, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand how additional parking needs can be addressed.
