Additional Spaces. If during the Term Tenant increases the space leased by it in the Building in excess of two hundred sixty-four thousand (264,000) square feet of Rentable Area, Tenant shall be entitled to lease two additional assigned location parking spaces in the Garage for each additional seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet of Rentable Area leased by Tenant. Any such lease of additional spaces shall be upon the same terms and conditions as are set forth in Paragraph 31.A.
Additional Spaces. If Lessee desires use of additional parking spaces, he will pay the prevailing rate indicated on the rate signs at the parking lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be subject to towing procedures.
Additional Spaces a. In addition to the Concessionaire's allocated number of Spaces, the State may rent additional Spaces to the Concessionaire if Spaces become available during this Agreement. Additional Spaces. From time to time, upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the City, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may request an increase of up to thirty (30) additional monthly overnight/weekend parking stalls (“Additional Spaces”), for a total of, not to exceed, one hundred ten (110) spaces. The City shall not provide more than one-hundred ten (110) overnight/weekend parking stalls or fewer than sixty (60) overnight/weekend parking stalls under this Agreement without the prior approval of the Transportation Commission and Common Council.
