Additional Spaces. Additional Spaces. If during the Term Tenant increases the space leased by it in the Building in excess of two hundred sixty-four thousand (264,000) square feet of Rentable Area, Tenant shall be entitled to lease two additional assigned location parking spaces in the Garage for each additional seven thousand five hundred (7,500) square feet of Rentable Area leased by Tenant. Any such lease of additional spaces shall be upon the same terms and conditions as are set forth in Paragraph 31.A.
Additional Spaces. If Lessee desires use of additional parking spaces, he will pay the prevailing rate indicated on the rate signs at the parking lot. Unauthorized vehicles will be subject to towing procedures.
Additional Spaces a. In addition to the Concessionaire's allocated number of Spaces, the State may rent additional Spaces to the Concessionaire if Spaces become available during this Agreement. Additional Spaces will be rented to the Concessionaire for a maximum term of one Agreement Year. The Concessionaire will pay the then-current fee for the additional Spaces. The State will allocate available Spaces on a reasonable basis if other In-Terminal Rental-Car Concessionaires also request additional Spaces and the State cannot accommodate all requests.
b. In addition to the Concessionaire's allocated number of Spaces, the Concessionaire may make arrangements to rent additional Spaces from other In-Terminal Rental-Car Concessionaires provided the fee per Space is not more than the fee charged by the State and prior written approval is obtained from the State.
Additional Spaces. From time to time, upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the City, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may request an increase of up to thirty (30) additional monthly overnight/weekend parking stalls (“Additional Spaces”), for a total of, not to exceed, one hundred ten (110) spaces. The City’s Parking Manager (the “Parking Manager”) may approve such request if the Parking Manager deems the increase to benefit the City in the Parking Manager’s reasonable business judgment. The Parking Manager shall have the right to unilaterally reduce the number of Additional Spaces (but not the Guaranteed Spaces) issued to Lessee by providing thirty (30) day’s written notice to Lessee, and for any reason, including, but not limited to, entering into agreements with other entities or individuals for monthly parking agreements. The City shall not provide more than one-hundred ten (110) overnight/weekend parking stalls or fewer than sixty (60) overnight/weekend parking stalls under this Agreement without the prior approval of the Transportation Commission and Common Council.
