Additional Travel Sample Clauses

Additional Travel. Employees may from time to time be required to travel to and perform work at a location other than their usual place of work.
Additional Travel. Providing Additional Services and costs necessitated by out-of-town travel required of and approved in writing by the City other than visits to the Project and other than for travel required to accomplish the Work.
Additional Travel. 22.1 This clause applies to an employee who is required to use his or her private motor vehicle while relieving or performing special duties or attending a course, seminar or similar, or otherwise required to work away from their normal place of work. 22.2 If these circumstances require travel to a location which is a greater distance than the distance the employee would travel from their home to their normal place of work, the employee will receive the allowance in clause 13.10 of the Award for the additional distance travelled. 22.3 Such travel will take place during the employee’s ordinary rostered hours of work if it is practicable to do so. If it is not practicable, the employee may travel outside their ordinary hours, and will be compensated by the provision of time-off-in-lieu (TOIL) on a time for time basis, whether the travel is in the employee’s or the employer’s vehicle. 22.4 Where an employee incurs additional travel expenses beyond the excess travel expressed above when working away from their normal place of work, they will be reimbursed the cost of such expenses. Expenses may include but are not limited to toll charges and car parking.
Additional Travel. In the event an employee is asked to travel to a different location from their normal place of work agreement is required. Where the location is further than the distance from the worker’s place of residence and normal workplace, they will be either be provided with a vehicle or paid mileage at the IRD rate for the increased mileage and they will travel time at the worker’s applicable hourly rate for the additional travel time and mileage. Where the employee travels from the normal place of work to a different worksite they will either be provided a vehicle or paid mileage at the IRD rate, and they will travel time at the worker’s applicable hourly rate for the travel time and mileage.
Additional Travel. If Your Motorcycle is out of action for more than 8 hours, we may, at our discretion choose to provide You with one of the following up to a maximum total limit of £750: • A replacement hire car, or subject to availability a motorcycle, for up to a maximum of 72 hours; • Standard class rail fares; • Economy class air fares; • Taxi or other form of public transport equivalent to standard class rail fares; • Overnight accommodation to a maximum cost of £400 per party (on a bed and breakfast basis).

Additional Travel. Where an employee is required to use their private motor vehicle to provide a service to a Community Care client (e.g. shopping, banking etc.), they may claim reimbursement for the mileage travelled (from the client's home and return) at the prescribed rate in clause 4(a) of this Schedule. A mileage reimbursement form must be submitted and authorised for this payment to occur.
Additional Travel. Subject to prior Employer approval, where an Employee is required to travel to a project/ site more than 100kms (shortest road journey length) from their main place of residence and the Employee is using their own vehicle, the Employee will be paid an additional $0.72 per km travelled above 100km per journey. This allowance is not payable to Employees who are in receipt of allowances prescribed in clause 7.4 or clause 7.5.
Additional Travel. Where an Employee is required to travel to a project/site more than 100km (shortest road journey length) from their place of residence and the Employee is using their own vehicle, the Employee will be paid an additional $0.55 per km travelled above 100km per journey.
Additional Travel. The employer may, if there are exceptional reasons, provide compensation for additional travel during each service period of twelve months for the employee and accompanying fam- ily members (Paragraph 2). The compensation may also cover children who are residing in a third country in relation to their schooling and for which the employer provides compensation for school fees.
