Additional Users Clause Samples
The "Additional Users" clause defines the terms under which more users can be added to a service or software agreement beyond the original number specified. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting additional user access, any associated fees, and how billing adjustments will be handled. Its core function is to provide a clear mechanism for scaling usage as a client's needs grow, ensuring both parties understand the costs and procedures involved in expanding access.
